Participation Agreement

I state that: On the event date listed below, I am fully aware of and responsible for attending this event. I will arrive on time, and I confirm that I am willing and physically able to complete my participation.

Assumption of risk: I understand that calisthenics competition involves inherent physical risk, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, falls from apparatus, and other bodily injury. I participate voluntarily and with full knowledge of these risks.

Release of liability: I exempt, release, and agree not to file any lawsuit or claim against Empress of the Bars, its organizers, staff, volunteers, judges, coaches, venue owners, and associated representatives. This release includes myself and my family, and covers any damage, loss of property, personal injury, or any other situation that might result from my participation in this event.

Media release: I voluntarily give permission and authorize Empress of the Bars to use my voice, name, likeness, and image — in whole or in part — in any media related to activities taking place at their events, classes, sessions, or workshops.

Conduct: I acknowledge that as a participant I will behave in a professional manner, and that failure to do so may result in disqualification and a ban from future opportunities.

I agree to the terms and conditions of this document and confirm I am subject to them. I am an adult and I sign this document of my own free will, without coercion from any other person or institution.

I have read this document and understand it fully. By signing it, I am giving up certain legal rights related to my participation in Empress of the Bars.
